
Private yoga is offered as an individualized personalized approach to well-being. Sessions are based on your goals, whether it is to improve flexibility, strength, balance, resiliency or manage stress. If you suffer from joint pain, stiffness, back pain, osteoarthritis or just want to feel better in your body, private yoga may be beneficial for you as part of a holistic plan for body, mind & spirit.

What happens during private yoga sessions?
Yoga sessions begin with an intake and assessment, we will discuss your goals for the sessions.
After the initial session a personalized practice will be developed. Throughout the sessions together we will refine your practice as needed and you will be provided practices to continue at home.
Everyone is unique so the number of sessions will depend on your goals. Generally committing to at least 3 sessions would be beneficial. Depending on your needs more sessions may be needed or desired.
Your progress will be tracked so you can see the progress you have made!
Sessions can take place at your home, online (Zoom) or a private space can be arranged. Sessions are accessible to individual needs. All props will be provided (chair, blocks, blankets, bolster, strap) as needed.
This offering can also be provided as small group yoga session.
*Cost: $40 per session (one-hour session)
