
This class series is designed to help you replenish energy, release tension and move into the colder months with steadiness and ease. Class includes warm up and gentle movements to help increase mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. Each week offers calming movement, mindful breath work and restorative poses to support balance in body and mind.
Variations of the poses are offered, along with props including chairs, blocks, straps and blankets. Please bring a mat and small blanket to class. No experience is necessary. Sign up online or message me to let me know you are coming.

Therapeutic yoga is not about achieving the most complex yoga poses, it is about improving quality of life.
Private yoga is offered as an individualized personalized approach to well-being. Sessions are based on your goals, whether it is to improve flexibility, strength, balance, resiliency or manage stress. If you suffer from joint pain, stiffness, back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression or insomnia, private yoga may be beneficial for you as part of a holistic plan for body, mind & spirit.
What happens during private yoga sessions?
Sessions can take place at your home, online (Zoom) or a private space can be arranged. Sessions are accessible to individual needs. All props will be provided (chair, blocks, blankets, bolster, strap) as needed. This offering can also be provided as small group therapeutic yoga.
Cost: $50 per session (one-hour session)

In this Gentle Yoga class the focus is on mindful movements to help loosen the joints, build strength, balance and increase flexibility. Seated and standing movements with variations offered. Essential oil aromatherapy will be offered to enhance a sense relaxation and stress relief. This class is being held at the Amherst Center for Senior Services on Thursday evenings 6-7pm. This class is offered through the Amherst Center for Senior Services. This class includes low impact cardio, accessible strength training with bands and/or light weights and yoga inspired stretching.

Build your own package- Price varies
You choose how many sessions you want, how often to meet and what areas you would like to focus on. Select the number of sessions that works for you (minimum of 2 sessions). Price varies by number of sessions.

Wellness workshops are available for community centers or a group gathering. Presentations can include topics ranging from mindfulness, stress relief, breathing techniques, introduction to aromatherapy, and benefits of yoga. Workshops can include an educational presentation and/or gentle or chair yoga practice or an aromatherapy experience. Community wellness classes can be geared to the needs of the participants. Workshops are available to provide accessible tools for wellness that can be integrated into daily routines.
