
In this Gentle Yoga class the focus is on mindful movements to help loosen the joints, build strength, balance and increase flexibility. Seated and standing movements with variations offered. Essential oil aromatherapy will be offered to enhance a sense relaxation and stress relief. This class is being held at the Amherst Center for Senior Services on Thursday evenings 6-7pm.
