Private Sessions
A holistic approach to health and well-being which uses personalized yoga practices to work 1:1 with individuals. Private yoga includes Yogic techniques such as asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), meditation & mindfulness, mantra and relaxation techniques to promote wellness for the body and mind. All sessions are adaptable to your needs. all props are provided such as blankets, chair, blocks, strap and bolsters
