A holistic approach to health and well-being which uses personalized yoga practices to work 1:1 with individuals. Private therapeutic yoga includes Yogic techniques such as asana (movement), pranayama (breath work), meditation & mindfulness, mantra and relaxation techniques to promote wellness for the body and mind.
